Roadside Assistance (RSN)
Roadside Assistance Cover (RSN) is an optional assistance service that provides coverage at a reasonable additional daily charge. Enjoy your journey more and worry less with Roadside Assistance, providing you with reassurance on common roadside issues.
By purchasing Roadside Assistance, you will be covered for the below items:
- Call out fees (min $255.62) as a result of non-mechanical, customer at fault roadside assistance support
- Recovery support for vehicle lock-outs, vehicle unlock (e.g. keys locked inside)
- Recovery support for jump-starts due to a flat battery
- Recovery support for tyre-related incidents, e.g. change (not the cost for the tyre)
- Towing costs up to 100km and/or to the nearest rental location under 100km
- The cost for lost or replacement keys
- Up to $10 fuel delivery to get you back on the road
For each roadside assistance callout for a fault or incident, you will be charged a $255.62 callout fee, unless you have purchased Roadside Assistance as an optional extra on your rental.
